On behalf of our client, we are now looking for students who want to work with quality assurance as part-time goods inspectors (minimum 2 shifts per week). Here you will have the opportunity to work alongside wonderful colleagues in a newly built, beautiful office just a stone's throw from Gullmarsplan. Since we already have several consultants on this assignment, you will quickly become part of the team!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is now looking for a structured and quality-conscious student who wants to work in an assignment where the job involves receiving and distributing product samples and quality assuring measurements and barcodes according to our client's standards. You will be part of the company's production studio and responsible for the entire warehouse, where your tasks also include destroying product samples (alcoholic beverages and tobacco may occur), sorting and emptying organic waste, as well as preparing and packing the product samples that will be donated to charity. Here you work closely with knowledgeable colleagues whom you can always ask and discuss challenges with.

After an introduction to the work, you will work independently with goods reception, inventory management, and quality assurance. You will also have a lot of customer contact, both in email matters where you contact customers about picking up product samples and receiving customers who come physically to collect their product samples. At our client, you will work office hours, and the office is closed on public holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will ensure that all data used by our client is accurate, complete, and consistent. Your work is fundamental to maintaining data integrity and supporting data-driven initiatives.

Perform quality and quantity control of incoming and outgoing goods.
Destruction of product samples
Pack product samples for charity
Sorting and emptying of organic waste
Register and inventory product samples that come in.
Other tasks that may arise in production

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is studying at a university or college with at least 1.5 years left of studies
Has previous experience in warehouse, retail, customer service, or administration
Can work at least 2 shifts a week and is available during holidays and around festive periods
Is quick to take on new tasks and adapt to new systems
Has good knowledge of the Office suite
English is not a requirement, but we expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing.
