In the role of consultant at SysPartner, you will be offered consulting assignments where you have the opportunity for rapid development and a chance to enhance your skills in relevant areas. We primarily work with longer assignments, and our clients are often medium-sized and large companies with exciting environments at the forefront of technology.

As an IT Architect in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with our client in the defense industry, you will work tactically to coordinate, drive, and develop our client's services in the area together with several skilled colleagues. As an IT Architect, you are responsible for ensuring that IT solutions are realized correctly according to regulatory requirements, business requirements & needs, and in relation to other IT solutions. You ensure that the enterprise-wide architecture principles and guidelines regarding standards are followed in the technical architecture, and you make conscious choices to create maximum value for the business. The role will focus on identity security/cybersecurity, access control, and lifecycle management.

To fit the role of IT Architect IAM, you need to have worked at least 9 years in the field, preferably longer. We prefer that you have relevant education in the area.

To be relevant for the role, we want you to have experience and depth of work as an IAM Architect in one or more of the following areas (requirements):

•    Privileged Access Security

•    Access Management and PAM

•    Identity Governance and Life-cycle Management

•    Policy enforcement, Policy decision (PBAC, RBAC, ABAC)

•    Identity Federation, SSO (Modern auth, Traditional, Hybrid, Public Cloud)

•    Zero Trust / Zero Trust Network Access API Security

•    Regulatory requirements such as NIST and Export Control

•    Foundation Data

•    PKI

•    MFA

•    Familiarity with and experience in various aspects of Enterprise Architecture - Business, IT, Solution

•    Convey the Enterprise Architecture vision to IAM domain architecture

•    Visualize and communicate architectures and transition architectures

•    Stakeholder management from an architecture perspective

•    Experience implementing domain architecture in large companies

•    Describe and document domain architecture

Examples of tasks:

•    Analyze requirements and needs

•    Design solution proposals from various aspects

•    Act as an expert and support Service Managers/Service Owners

•    Create decision-making materials for both business decisions and technical choices

•    Ensure that requirements, regulations, laws, processes, standards, and policies are followed

•    Document solutions

•    Present and communicate solutions to different target groups and in various forums

You communicate daily both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English, so it is a requirement that you master both languages well.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations, which may involve citizenship requirements.

This assignment is performed 100% onsite at the client's premises in Solna, Gothenburg, or Malmö/Lund, which does not allow for remote work.
