The Military Intelligence and Security Service (Must) conducts defense intelligence operations and military intelligence and security services to support Swedish foreign, defense, and security policy, as well as for mapping external threats to Sweden.

Main Responsibilities
As a support technician, you are the first point of contact for the organization's users regarding IT-related problems, challenges, and questions. You are responsible for providing quick and service-oriented support to resolve user issues. In the role of support technician, you will have a varied daily routine focusing on user support, installation and management of technology, and addressing technical questions. You will also work on documenting cases, contributing to optimizing routines, and proactively minimizing the risk of future incidents. The environment you operate in includes, among other things, peripheral equipment, telephony, and printers. In your daily work, you will:
- Troubleshoot and work on hardware and software problem-solving (including network issues)
- Address fault reports/needs, follow up, and provide feedback to users
- Manage technology and equipment in our premises, e.g., systems, user accounts, email accounts, permissions, and prints
- Share information and instructions about delivered products and services
- Receive, register, categorize, manage, and follow up on incoming cases
- Document solutions and update the knowledge database
- Support onboarding/offboarding of staff (IT-related parts)
- Escalate more complex cases as needed
- Participate in project work
- Drive and streamline the group's area of responsibility and support processes
- Train users and/or colleagues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, e.g., Office/Windows, as well as network troubleshooting
- A strong service focus and a structured working method
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Driven, positive, and solution-oriented
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
- Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Armed Forces' IT environments
- Knowledge of IT security
- Relevant certifications
- Experience with project methodologies/working methods such as ITIL, Agile
- Powershell
- Linux

You are a secure and stable person with good self-awareness and social competence. We further believe that you are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards. You have good judgment and the ability to take initiative.

The qualifications mentioned above must be verifiable upon request through certificates, references, and work or selection tests.
