Business Developer at Coromatic Group

Do you want to drive strategic development initiatives in an international corporation? Coromatic Group is looking for a Business Developer to join our Strategy & Transformation team – a key role in shaping the future business strategy and operational model.

About the role

As a Business Developer, you will be a central part of Coromatic Group's strategic work. You will report to the Group Head of Strategy & Transformation and be responsible for driving development initiatives across the entire corporation. The role involves working with analysis, planning, design, implementation, and follow-up of internal projects and activities – from feasibility studies to execution.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and lead internal development projects
• Design and facilitate workshops
• Work with change management and status reporting
• Manage stakeholders and drive change initiatives
• Contribute to developing and strengthening the corporation's strategic capabilities

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in business development, project management, or consulting
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with strategic analyses
• Ability to drive projects from idea to execution
• Good communication skills and experience facilitating workshops
• Experience in change management and stakeholder management

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience from international organizations
• Knowledge in M&A, integration, or PMO work
