Our client is now looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for quality and test automation. Do you want to work closely with development teams in complex technical environments and ensure that solutions maintain the highest possible quality – from the first line of code to final delivery? In the role of Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is a natural part of the entire development process. You will contribute operationally in the daily work by supporting testing and quality efforts, with a particular focus on test automation and structured approaches. An important part of the assignment is to ensure that processes and documentation meet applicable industry standards for safety-critical systems. You will also act as a bridge between development, testing, and other parts of the organization, while serving as an ambassador for quality and driving continuous improvements in both working methods and quality culture.

• At least 8–12 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
• Solid experience in software development with a strong focus on quality
• Practical experience working closely with development teams in operational, agile environments
• Good knowledge of standards for safety-critical systems, such as RTCA/DO-178, ISO 26262, or IEC 61508
• Ability to ensure that processes and documentation meet regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Approved security clearance according to applicable security protection regulations

• Experience in test automation and CI/CD flows
• Practical familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Python, Git, or similar
• Experience working in safety-critical or regulatory-driven environments
• Ability to act as a quality ambassador and contribute to improved working methods and culture
• Analytical, structured, and proactive working approach
