ABOUT THE POSITION

Vipetech is a Swedish SaaS company that offers software solutions for the automation and digitalization of business-critical processes and workflows. Their vision is a world where companies' workflows are automated with solutions from Vipetech. At the office in Solna, you will be joined by about 20 other employees, and you will be introduced to a welcoming environment with training and support from your colleagues.

In the role of Application Consultant at Vipetech, you will primarily focus on tasks related to the implementation and management of selected solutions and products from Vipetech's portfolio. You will learn how their solutions work and are configured on-site. The role also involves supporting the sales team in the presale process with your technical expertise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and incident management
• Handling support and development cases in close collaboration with our customers and partners
• Advising and training customers with the support of your technical expertise
• Project management and overall responsibility for your own implementation projects
• Implementation of solutions from Vipetech's product portfolio
• Further development and management of existing customer relationships
• Presale Support

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a relevant education in IT, systems science, or technology
• Is quick to understand new systems and technical environments
• Has previous experience in implementation and support of B2B solutions within automation and/or digitalization
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work

Your application will be prioritized if you have:

• Experience with automation solutions in finance, HR, and purchasing
• Experience with e-invoicing in B2B contexts (e.g., Peppol and Svefaktura)
• Knowledge of XML and/or XSLT
