We are now looking for someone who is particularly excited about the idea of contributing to making Sokigo even better – for our customers, our colleagues, and our society. You will work with some of Sweden's most used digital solutions in community building, FB - our platform for basic data in property and population information, and CSM - our web-based GIS solution.

As a product specialist, you will be an important part of our dedicated support team that works together to provide our customers with the best possible support and experience.

Your main tasks include:

• strengthening the team working with FB and/or CSM.

• collaborating with colleagues and customers regarding Sokigo's other system solutions related to the municipal community building process.

• contributing to developing the quality and efficiency of support through your technical expertise and customer focus.

The role involves:

• helping our customers through support and consulting.

• conducting training and product demonstrations.

• providing IT technical customer support in dialogue with both users and technical teams.

• participating in testing and quality assurance of products and solutions.

• collaborating with colleagues across Sokigo to develop and improve our processes and customer experience.

You already have experience with our products and now want to continue developing in a role where your knowledge is useful every day.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a few years of experience with FB and/or CSM.

• has knowledge of databases and overall IT competence.

• has a good communicative ability and expresses themselves well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• thrives in a customer-facing role, where you solve problems, analyze, and find the best way forward.

• is motivated by seeing how your efforts affect the customer's everyday life and contribute to long-term improvements.

As a person, you are:

• results-oriented and self-driven.

• curious, solution-focused, and have a strong sense of service.

The location for this position primarily refers to our office in Sundbyberg, but other locations where Sokigo has offices may also be considered for the right person.
