We are looking for an administrative resource for our client in Södertälje. The position is initially 2–3 days a week, with the possibility of full-time in the long term. The role is suitable for you who are a student or want a flexible part-time job and enjoy administrative tasks in front of a computer.

About the role:

You will be part of a small department of 2-3 people and be responsible for various administrative tasks that are important for the business. You will primarily work at the computer and have the opportunity to develop your administrative skills.

The tasks include, among others:

• Registration and management of information in systems

• Administrative handling of error reports and other documentation

• Support to other colleagues in the department as needed

• Ensuring that information is correct and updated in the systems

• Communicating with suppliers, including international contacts as needed

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys administrative tasks. You work independently but also appreciate collaboration with colleagues.

We would like you to:

• Have basic computer skills

• Have previous experience with administrative tasks

• Have an interest in vehicles (meritorious)

• Be able to plan and prioritize your work independently

• Enjoy working in a small group and can contribute to the department's function

• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
