IT Management Leader – We are looking for the right personal qualities!

About the role

As a management leader, you will be responsible for leading and further developing within a set budget and management plan, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365. Here, you will be a key person in ensuring that the solutions support the business needs and create value for our members. You will be a central contact point for external suppliers and internal departments, where you capture needs and translate them into improvements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the management of our platforms and systems towards suppliers through operational and tactical forums.
• Ensure management processes such as goal management, user support, and issue handling.
• Propose areas for improvement and drive change activities.
• Implement approved changes including acceptance testing.
• Maintain management documentation and act as project manager for further development.
• Inform and support users.
• Plan annual follow-up of the information security plan.

You have experience in supplier management and project management, preferably according to PPS or a similar model. Certification in ITIL is a plus.

We prefer that you have experience working with Dynamics 365 and/or managing similar platforms. Knowledge of processes for customer and member data management is also an advantage.
