We are looking for an Information Security Officer for an authority within traffic.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As an Information Security Officer, you will work with security protection and support the organization's departments on issues related to information security. The role involves management and support related to information systems, training, and handling documents with special security requirements. You will report the ongoing work to the security protection strategist or deputy security protection manager and are responsible for reporting status in terms of time, cost, and quality. The role requires good pedagogy, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Management and lifecycle management of special information systems and support to users related to this.

Training related to information security, primarily security protection for employees.

Handling of documents and record-keeping with special security requirements.

Information classification of documents and data based on the information classification model, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, and the Security Protection Act.

Ongoing reporting of work to the security protection strategist for information security or deputy security protection manager, including status in terms of time, cost, and quality.

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

At least three (3) years of work experience in a role as an officer or administrator within public operations, with good proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel in the Office suite.

At least one (1) year of documented professional experience in information classification and confidentiality assessment according to OSL chapters 15, 18, 19.

At least one (1) year of documented professional experience in record-keeping according to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.

At least two (2) years of documented experience working in an organization with high demands for security and confidentiality awareness.

Desirable

At least one (1) previous assignment where the consultant worked with system administrative tasks in a Windows environment, such as settings and program installation.

At least one (1) year of documented work experience in developing processes and routines within the information security and/or security protection area.

Basic education/course in information security, including common IT security threats and common security solutions and measures.

Experience in developing, implementing, and following up at least one (1) training initiative in security protection or information classification.

Personal Qualities

Good knowledge of security from an IT security and security protection perspective.

Good social skills and ability to collaborate.

Structured.

Self-driven and results-oriented.

Ability to quickly understand a complex organization and comprehend different types of operational requirements.
