Responsibilities

In this role, you will have both a strategic and operational responsibility for the company's technical development. You will be the one who sets the technical direction and ensures that the platform is scalable, secure, and future-proof. The role involves planning and prioritizing development projects in close collaboration with the business side, while also being involved in technical decisions and architectural issues.

You will also drive the development and enhancement of the company's Java-based platform and API solutions, as well as implement efficient processes for DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing performance and initiating technical improvements.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• 7+ years of work experience in Java

• Previous experience leading development teams is a plus

• Experience in Generative AI development is advantageous

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
