About the role
As an IT Technician, you will have a broad role spanning support from 1st to 3rd line for both Windows and macOS. You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration and a helping hand are key to success.

This is initially a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. Read more about our consultancy offer.
Responsibilities
The role involves a varied daily routine with a focus on both software support and practical hardware management to support the company's employees.
- Install and configure computers and mobile phones
- Troubleshoot conference rooms
- Provide support for applications, Wi-Fi, and printers
- Handle IT cases in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line
- Provide on-site technical service at offices in central Stockholm
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 3 years of work experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
- Has good knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft environments - primarily M365/CoPilot
- Has basic knowledge of networking and VPN
- Has experience with hardware installation
- Has good skills in performing technical troubleshooting
- Has fluent skills in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Previous experience from enterprise or corporate IT environments
