The Swedish Parliament Administration is an authority tasked with facilitating the work of the Riksdag (Swedish Parliament). Approximately 750 politically neutral employees work at the Swedish Parliament Administration, handling a wide variety of tasks.

We are now looking for a competent and dedicated Network Technician to join our network group. At our organization, our deliveries make a difference, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to a larger context alongside a wonderful team, where secure digital infrastructure and reliable communication services are part of our daily routine.

Your responsibilities

As a Network Technician, you will become a key colleague in a priority area for our deliveries. You will work proactively with the daily operations and further development of our modern and secure network platforms, always with security and availability in focus.

Your skills and experience from previous roles will be central when identifying areas for improvement and implementing technical updates in line with the organization's needs. On-call duty may be included, depending on needs and workload.

Your qualifications

You must have

• at least five years of relevant work experience as a Network Technician
• excellent knowledge of firewalls and switches
• excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• load balancing solutions, e.g., F5
• configuration and maintenance of Git repositories and automation
• experience with Juniper JunOS
• DNS, e.g., Infoblox or BIND
• wifi HPE Aruba.
