We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consultant and colleague with the following qualifications. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work at a client site or in internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• At least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master within the last 8 years.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in scaled teams within the last 6 years.
• At least 6 years of experience developing JavaEE/JakartaEE-based systems within the last 8 years.
• At least 6 years of experience in successful test-driven development within the last 8 years.
• Experience with JPA and/or JMS within the last 6 years.
• University degree in Data/IT.
• Scrum Master certification.
• SAFe certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test-driven development for unit/integration testing based on frameworks such as JUnit, JBehave, or equivalent within the last 5 years.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with XML/XSD/JSON/JSONSchema.
• Experience with agile development work in self-developed systems in a large organization with more than 500 employees.
• Experience from a government agency within the last 5 years (at least 3 years).
