As a receptionist at our client, you will be the company's face to the outside world. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, handling various administrative tasks, and supporting travel and event planning. You will become part of a friendly and creative office where your ideas and engagement are valued.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 04:00/05:30 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception and common areas
  • Welcome visitors and handle phone calls
  • Organize and plan travel and events
  • Administer and distribute invoices
  • Be responsible for breakfast on Fridays
  • Ensure replenishment in the fridge and similar
  • Ad hoc tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed high school education
  • Has previous experience in service roles with physical contact with people
  • Good computer and system skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used daily in the job

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience in similar tasks within reception or administration
  • Experience working in a structured and organized manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Creative ability and eye for detail
