As a receptionist at our client, you will be the company's face to the outside world. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, handling various administrative tasks, and supporting travel and event planning. You will become part of a friendly and creative office where your ideas and engagement are valued.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 04:00/05:30 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception and common areas
- Welcome visitors and handle phone calls
- Organize and plan travel and events
- Administer and distribute invoices
- Be responsible for breakfast on Fridays
- Ensure replenishment in the fridge and similar
- Ad hoc tasks
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed high school education
- Has previous experience in service roles with physical contact with people
- Good computer and system skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used daily in the job
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience in similar tasks within reception or administration
- Experience working in a structured and organized manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Creative ability and eye for detail
