About the Position

We are now looking for an additional customer service representative to join our team for a part-time job. This is a perfect opportunity for you who have another main occupation, such as studies, and who want to work extra alongside. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and professional service experience for our customers, employees, and partners. You are the link between our staff, customers, and Job&Talent, and play a key role in driving the business forward.

The working hours are varied and mainly include evenings and weekends, but work may also occur during the day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable and who can work at least 2 shifts per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive and handle requests for staffing and other needs from our customers.

• Manage sick leave notifications and other matters from our consultants/employees.

• Provide administrative support to the rest of the organization/operations.

We are looking for someone who

• Has another main occupation of at least 50%, such as studies

• Is flexible and can work varied hours - daytime, evenings, and weekends

• Has previous experience in customer service or administration

• Is structured and solution-oriented with a high sense of service

• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Is computer literate and has experience working in various systems
