Registrar (temporary position 80%)

We are looking for a registrar for a temporary position at 80 percent during the period of January - August 2026.
Your responsibilities
- daily mail opening, registration, classification, archiving, and dispatching primarily electronic documents,
- processing of registered cases,
- handling of original documents, and
- weekly compiling lists of incoming referrals and cases.
Other tasks may include
- Contacts with employees and the public regarding the release of public documents,
- gathering information about ongoing and completed cases in electronic systems,
- developing document management and information governance,
- informing, introducing, and advising employees on document management,
- collaborating with the agency's archivist on archiving digital documents, and
- updating information from the unit on the intranet.
Other tasks may also arise.
Within the registrar and archive department, we have close cooperation and assist each other as needed.
Who you are
You have:
- Registrar education or equivalent, as assessed by the employer,
- several years of experience in registry management,
- experience working in document and case management systems,
- interest in system administration and the ability to learn various IT systems,
- good knowledge of the Office suite,
- knowledge of the principle of public access,
- experience in communicating with the public and strong communication skills,
- very good written and oral proficiency in Swedish, and
- very good knowledge of English.
It is advantageous if you have:
- archive knowledge,
- experience in system administration,
- experience in internal training, and
- experience in driving the development of work processes.
To succeed in the role of registrar, you need to:
- have good collaboration skills,
- be able to take responsibility and work independently based on given routines and instructions,
- be structured,
- be proactive, and
- be meticulous.
