Unit's Mission
The HR department of the authority plays a central and important role in supporting both the current and future organization and ensuring that HR processes meet the authority's needs.
Competence supply and a purposeful employer policy are crucial for achieving good operational results and for managing the continued growth expected in the future. The HR department is characterized by high ambition and great commitment, where collaboration is a prerequisite for our common success.
Job Description
The main tasks of the labor law attorney are to support the authority's various operations through labor law advice, develop labor law processes, and support the development of collective agreements and collaboration. Other examples of tasks include minor legal investigations as well as discussions and negotiations with trade union parties.
The unit works based on the needs of the operations, which means both operational and strategic work within the areas of labor law and wage formation. A current focus area is the development of union collaboration based on the collaboration agreement. The unit is also responsible for managing dispute negotiations and conducting training initiatives within the HR department and towards managers.

Since the position is located in the HR department, it involves a large amount of operational work together with HR specialists and HR partners, and you need to thrive equally well with operational and strategic work.
We have a high ceiling and collaborate closely within the unit, but it is also important that you can work independently.
Our Offer
The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. The place of employment is Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Law degree (equivalent to a Jur.kand.) preferably with a specialization in labor law
- At least two years of experience working with labor law issues, preferably within an HR department or at an employer or employee organization or other qualified labor law work
- Have good knowledge of labor law
Other Merits for the Position
- Experience working with strategic HR issues
- Experience in dispute negotiations
- Experience in the state agreement area
- Experience working with collaboration agreements
