We are looking for you to join BSH's customer service team as a NORWEGIAN/SWEDISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide service via phone, email, and chat for our brands: Bosch, Siemens, Neff, and Gaggenau, primarily by phone.
  • Handle service and spare parts orders
  • Manage various types of customer inquiries using manuals, websites, and our internal product information systems
  • Provide information about products and services and guide customers
  • Identify technical issues or user errors, find the cause, and offer the best solution

YOU ARE A PERFECT CANDIDATE IF:

  • You are service-minded, enjoy helping people, and can empathize with the customer's situation
  • You can multitask in stressful situations and make quick decisions
  • You have previous experience in customer service
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and have a good understanding of Swedish, or you are fluent in Swedish and have a good understanding of Norwegian.
  • You can communicate in English
