Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Generalist at the Stockholm office, you will be an important part of Team Digital and a key person in client dialogue. The role combines operational work with strategy and analysis, and you work closely with clients from planning to follow-up. You feel confident taking initiative, being advisory, and presenting recommendations. The work involves a high degree of self-leadership where you see what needs to be done, take initiative, and ensure that everything holds together.

Examples of tasks:

• Set up, optimize, and follow up on campaigns in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.).

• Manage campaigns in Google Ads (SEM, Display, YouTube).

• Plan media mixes, budgets, and target groups.

• Analyze data and present insights and next steps for the client.

• Build and develop client relationships, including identifying new needs.

• Contribute to the development of digital working methods and the agency's service offerings.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Relevant post-secondary education.

• Several years of experience in operational advertising in Paid Social.

• Experience with Google Ads at a basic or intermediate level.

• Understanding of media strategy, measurement, and analysis.

• Experience working closely with clients, presenting solutions, and driving dialogue.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
