Human Performance is one of Sweden's fastest-growing players in media and print. Our organization currently consists of ambitious employees who are laying the foundation for the coming years of growth. 

We have launched our largest growth initiative ever, and in that plan, there is a strong focus on investing in our employees' development. Therefore, we are looking for a driven Sales Leader who wants to help build our next successful sales team – while also taking a key role in our continued expansion. 

About the position 

You will work both with your own sales and simultaneously be a driving force on the floor – where you coach and lead other salespeople towards success. In this role, you will be involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new salespeople, and you will be responsible for ensuring they receive the right training and support to develop quickly. Together with your sales team, you will work operationally to maintain a high level in the daily and weekly work, and you will be an important part of building a culture of performance, learning, and community. To grow in the role, you will receive support from both the CEO, an internal training manager who conducts sales training, and an external professional coach. Together, they will provide you with the right tools, structure, and conditions to achieve both your own and the team's goals.

Your previous experience:

- You have 1-3 years of experience leading salespeople.

- You have solid experience in B2B sales with documented results.

- You have held a similar position and are used to building and leading sales teams. 

- You are accustomed to working towards high targets and achieving them. 

Personal qualities: 

- A natural leader with a sense for people – you motivate, listen, and inspire.

- A humble team player who is just as comfortable leading customer meetings as supporting the team.

- Analytical and business-driven – understands how to develop both customers and sales strategies. 

- Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented with the ability to build trust internally and externally. 

Desirable:

- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

- Background from expanding companies or scale-up environments.
