Macro Design is now looking for a District Sales Manager for Stockholm
We are looking for someone who loves to create business, build long-term relationships, and has a strong personal drive. You will receive an established district with great potential, clear goals, and the freedom to influence your own daily work.
Your mission
You will primarily be responsible for developing sales in Stockholm and Central Sweden. The focus is on both managing and developing existing customers/businesses and actively finding new business opportunities. You will work with resellers, building supply stores, installers, wholesalers, plumbing companies, and also with project sales, architects, and new construction.
Your main responsibilities
Engage new customers and drive sales towards clear goals
Develop and nurture existing customer relationships
Project sales and follow-up on construction projects
Active sales towards stores, installers, and chain customers
Participation in fairs and customer events (sometimes evenings/weekends)
The position involves travel and approximately 2-3 overnight stays per week. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the team in Laholm.
We are looking for someone who…
Has experience in field sales - preferably within construction, plumbing, retail, or wholesale
Has documented sales experience and business acumen
Is self-driven, results-oriented, and has strong communication skills
Enjoys meeting people and likes to build long-term relationships
Has a driver's license and can travel for work
Is accustomed to working professionally with tools such as CRM systems, Office365, and analytical tools like Qlik.
