You will also have some responsibility for recruitment. As a manager with us, you will be responsible for goals and report to your immediate supervisor.

About the Company:

Klimathjälpen works to raise awareness about the environment and to reduce annual carbon dioxide emissions. Our goal is to make as many people as possible more aware of the environment and reduce their carbon footprint. We are now looking for three new leaders who want to work on an exciting issue that affects us all and where our work makes a difference.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• You build, drive, and develop your sales team
• You motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals and visions
• You are responsible for the sales results of your staff
• You are proactive in creating a powerful and goal-oriented group
• You participate and drive sales efforts

Competence & Experience Requirements

• You have at least 6 months of experience in successful sales operations
• Experience in event/field sales is a plus
