About the Position

We are now looking for a team leader who can manage about 5–10 salespeople. The job includes sales, coaching, training, and budget responsibility. You will primarily be responsible for achieving the budget, as well as for the training and development of your salespeople. You will work closely with other team leaders as a sales manager. Sales are conducted over the phone to private individuals.

Qualifications

We expect you to have at least 6 months of previous sales experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys making contact with new people, is driven, and contributes positive energy. Fluent Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

You will receive both a fixed salary and commission based on your team's sales.
