HR Officer at KTH's HR Department
We are looking for a colleague to join the group for labor law, work environment, and KTH Equality Office at KTH's HR department.
The group consists of 16 people who believe it is important to work in a humble and supportive manner towards each other!

Job Responsibilities
The role is broad and includes, for example, handling, investigation, and consultations within personnel matters, with tasks primarily related to work environment, but also labor law.
Among the main job responsibilities are:
- Advising on work environment and labor law to managers and HR
- Handling cases within the systematic work environment efforts such as risk assessments, work injuries, safety rounds, and investigations of the work environment
- Providing training and holding workshops
- Handling complex personnel matters
- Meetings and negotiations with employee organizations
- The agency's broader work within HR-related issues
- Continuously ensuring that working methods, routines, and governing documents in the area are developed, maintained, and improved
- Both strategic and operational work at the organizational, group, and individual levels
About the Department/Group
The HR department is part of KTH's operational support and consists of around 100 employees, of which 16 of us work in the Group for labor law, work environment, and Equality Office.
KTH's HR department has recently undergone a reorganization and is now working to develop processes and working methods. You will be part of this development work.
Qualifications
Requirements
- University or college education with a focus on personnel, organizational, and labor market issues or equivalent education as assessed by the employer, alternatively what the employer finds as equivalent and relevant work experience
- At least three years of current experience in what the employer assesses as relevant work in an HR function
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
- Experience of having continuously worked with systematic work environment efforts as part of your role in a larger HR organization

Meritorious
- Education in work environment or labor law
- Experience of having worked for at least 1 year in a government agency and/or an educational institution
- Experience of having worked for at least 1 year in an organization with more than 2000 employees
