Are you interested in business development? Then this could be the role for you. ISP is now seeking a legal advisor with procurement expertise for the Legal and Supervision Group.
Job Description
As a legal advisor at ISP, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with various legal issues as well as tasks related to the core operations. However, for this position, you will have a particular responsibility for the authority's procurement issues and business development related to this area. This includes providing active and advisory support in procurements and during orders from existing contracts with a focus on procurement law. You are someone who enjoys working in a growing organization and actively participating in the development of the authority's legal work, including management and the development of the authority's governing documents.
In addition to the legal issues, you will also work with internal legal advice regarding the regulations applicable to the core operations, such as foreign direct investments and international sanctions. International work and travel may occur.
The group's legal advisors also provide support within the group to lawyers and confidentiality officers in handling administrative law cases related to regulations concerning military equipment, dual-use products, and foreign direct investments, as well as in cases regarding requests for the release of public documents.
Your tasks will also include conducting training and responding to consultations.
Qualifications
- Master of Laws degree
- Completed court clerk service or equivalent experience from a court deemed equivalent by the authority
- Several years of relevant experience in qualified legal work from a government authority or court, or other relevant private sector experience
- Several years of relevant experience in qualified work with administrative law, transparency and confidentiality legislation, and public procurement
Meritorious
- Current experience in qualified work with data protection and digitalization issues.

Although the workplace is characterized by collaboration, the work is independent and places high demands on your ability to organize and prioritize your tasks, as well as a structured approach to drive processes forward. You express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Furthermore, you have good analytical skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with extensive material. You have a very high work capacity and previous experience of working under time pressure while still delivering within set deadlines without compromising on accuracy. You have good judgment, strong collaboration skills, and are flexible and communicative. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
