Information Coordinator at Etteplan

We at Etteplan are now looking for someone who wants to work with technical information coordination in large industrial projects within, for example, the process industry and energy and water sectors.

In the Asset Information Management (AIM) team, we work nationally to structure, secure, and develop technical documentation and information flows in project and management environments.

Your Role

As an information coordinator, you will work in technology-intensive projects where you are responsible for ensuring that documentation and information are managed in a structured, traceable, and quality-assured manner. You will serve as a coordinating link between project managers, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring that the information flow operates smoothly throughout the project's lifecycle.

Your role includes developing and following up on information requirements, document plans, and timelines, coordinating information deliveries and reviews from suppliers, quality-assuring document structure and metadata, and driving improvements in the client's information management processes. You will also contribute to supporting the handover to management and can work both in projects where the client already has established routines and in assignments where new structures and processes need to be set up from scratch.

Your Profile

You have several years of experience working with technical information in project form – e.g., as a documentation leader, technical communicator, technical coordinator, or engineer responsible for technical documentation. You have a technical understanding, are structured, and communicate easily with different types of professional roles.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in technical information management in the industry, energy, or water sectors.
• Are used to leading or coordinating information flows and information requirements in projects.
• Have experience in information review, metadata management, and handover to management.
• Have very good computer skills and experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, ProjectPlace, Caradoc, Maximo, or similar).
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are self-driven, responsible, and enjoy creating structure and order in complex contexts.

It is advantageous if you have experience with ISO standards such as ISO 81346, 19650, or 55000 or previous work with process development or business development related to information management. It is highly advantageous if you have experience working at the interface between projects and management.
