We are now looking for an administrator with a financial focus for the central administration at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience.

We provide administrative support to the department's research groups and educational programs. About 25 people work here, including an administrative manager, HR unit, finance unit, registry, archive, IT support, and educational and research training support. The department's head and two research groups are also located here.

Your role

You will work with ongoing administrative tasks, primarily routine financial tasks. This includes reconciliations in the financial system Agresso, invoicing, reviewing expense claims and travel expenses in the payroll system Primula, checking invoices in our electronic invoicing system, and communicating rules and policies regarding travel regulations and representation to the organization. You will also work with the administration of affiliated staff to the department and support with other administrative tasks. You will contribute to the development and improvement of routines. The work is performed in a group of two people in close collaboration with economists and HR in the department.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a financial focus, and experience in service work. Work experience in similar tasks is an advantage. We prefer that you are proficient in Excel and have good computer skills. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as we operate in an international environment.

You work well both independently and in a team and take responsibility for the overall result. You will have some contact with our researchers, which requires a high level of service and good communication skills. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, driven, and able to quickly grasp new tasks and support systems. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
