HR Consultant at Södermalm District Administration
Stockholm – our capital city with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone living here today and in the future. We are now looking for someone who wants to think big, new, and differently with us – for the people of Stockholm.
Welcome to us
We are currently seeking an HR consultant with an interest in recruitment who wants to play a key role in ensuring the summer's staffing needs in elderly care.
In the HR department, there are six HR consultants, two HR coordinators, and one HR manager. Our mission is to provide managers with consultative support both operationally and strategically. You will report to the HR manager.
We offer
The administration applies flexible working hours and winter and summer working time. The administration conducts active health work and offers a wellness allowance of 3000 SEK/year. As an employee with us, you can purchase annual passes to Stockholm's municipal swimming pools and gyms at a discounted price.
Your role
As an HR consultant, you will be offered a varied and developing assignment with a particular focus on recruitment, primarily within elderly care. You will work closely with operations and provide support to managers. Furthermore, the role involves many points of contact. A large part of the assignment involves driving volume recruitment aimed at care staff, mainly nursing assistants. Other professional categories within care and nursing may also be included.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- responsibility for all or parts of the recruitment process: writing ads, selection, interviews, and reference checks.
- ensuring a good candidate experience.
- working in the recruitment system Varbi.
- other personnel administrative tasks.
Your skills and experience
You enjoy working both independently and together with others, and you find it easy to create good relationships with both managers and candidates. You are structured and enjoy working consultatively.
We are looking for someone who has:
- a university degree in HR or another education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent.
- experience in recruitment.
- good communication skills and experience meeting many candidates quickly.
- the ability to work independently and drive your recruitment processes forward.
- good experience using recruitment systems.
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience in volume recruitment.
- experience in competency-based recruitment.
- experience recruiting care staff.
- experience in HR work within the public sector, preferably within the City of Stockholm.
We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and competencies.
Other
Fixed-term employment for 7 months.
Welcome with your application! The City of Stockholm works with competency-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's competence and thus counteracting discrimination.
