Your tasks

In the residences, working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, on-call/night, and weekends.

You support individuals with personalized interventions based on their needs in their home and leisure time.

The interventions are described in the individual's implementation plan and are based on the individual.

In your role, you will provide support to people with various mental disabilities or mental health issues, sometimes in combination with harmful use and dependence. We work purposefully by encouraging, motivating, and supporting people in their daily lives, always based on the individual's needs.

You will work to support individuals in their homes, but also be involved in planning and leading group activities for the target group.

Support housing and employment assist towards an independent life.

We are looking for someone who

• Wants to work part-time right now with a good chance of plenty of work and summer substitutes.
• Is curious and engaged in supporting people with various disabilities such as NPF and intellectual disabilities.
• Has experience and/or knowledge of the work.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
• A B driver's license is required for work in support housing.
• A criminal record extract is required.

Since the work is based on trusting relationships, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with substance abuse issues, experience with methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Low-Arousal Approach, and/or Clear Pedagogy, as well as knowledge of applicable legislation, such as the Social Services Act, LSS Act, and the Privacy Act.
