Process Operator at Galderma in Uppsala

Do you have experience in operator work and are looking for new challenges? Are you a meticulous team player with a technical interest? We are now seeking several technically interested process operators for our client Galderma in Uppsala!

About the Assignment

As a process operator in the pharmaceutical industry, you have a keen eye for accuracy, a high quality mindset, and work well both in a team and independently. You are a positive and curious person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the workgroup and enjoys knowing what your workday will look like. You have a strong interest in the process and a personal drive and desire to move forward and be motivated together with your colleagues.

Your main tasks may include:

• Monitoring and controlling various manufacturing processes
• Documentation of completed work and updating of work routines
• Responsible for process equipment such as washing, sterilizing, and filling bottles
• Inspection, packaging, and blistering
• Performing cleaning and sanitation of equipment, goods, and premises

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Adecco and work full-time as a consultant at Galderma. The start will be immediate, considering any notice period. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during day and evening shifts (2-shift). Weekend work may occur.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education, preferably with a technical or scientific focus or equivalent. Experience in operator work from the pharmaceutical industry and GMP is advantageous. As a person, you are of course meticulous, responsible, and service-minded. Since some technical/mechanical work may be included in the position, we would like you to have a technical interest. Furthermore, it is important that you enjoy teamwork and find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues. If you also have an understanding of processes, and recognize that your and others' roles in the company are important in production, you will thrive well with our client.

• Advantageous if you have experience in a manufacturing environment, manufacturing industry, or similar
• Advantageous if you have experience in GMP and lean5S
• Enjoy following guidelines and established rules
• Have a technical interest
• Be meticulous
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
