Do you want a summer job where you really make a difference? Unika's LSS operations in Enköping offer meaningful and inspiring workdays where you get to work alongside our clients with various disabilities. We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute during the spring and who would also like to work as a summer substitute. Our group home focuses on adults in the LSS 9:9 category with intellectual disabilities or autism-like conditions with a focus on comorbidity/psychiatric additional diagnoses.

At Unika, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable everyday life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work purposefully based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and salutogenic approach while also working within the resources and budget of the organization.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the clients to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working method involves a low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy.

Qualifications

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.
• Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.
• High school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as social pedagogue or university education in a relevant field.
• Experience with low-arousal approaches.
• Driving license B.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Knowledge and experience in methodological work.
• Experience working with implementation plans.

Employment conditions

Working hours: Substitute as needed, with the possibility of a larger position during the summer period.Working time: Rolling schedule, day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.Start date: We hope you can start immediately.Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
