We are looking for support assistants to join us at LSS Slalomvägen Group Home, part of Unika, located in Enköping. Our focus is on adults in the target group 1 LSS 9:9 with intellectual disabilities or autism-like conditions.
About the Role of Support AssistantAs a support assistant, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and rehabilitative approach while also considering the resources and budget of the organization.
Our work is tailored to each individual's circumstances and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in utilizing their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our approach involves low-arousal responses and clarifying pedagogy.
Qualifications
- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills, experience in documentation.
- Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.
- High school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as social pedagogy or university education in a relevant field.
- Experience in low-arousal responses.
- Driving license B is a requirement.
It is an advantage if you also have
- Knowledge and experience in methodological work.
- Experience working with implementation plans.

Employment Conditions
Employment Type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.Work Percentage: Approximately 90%Working Hours: Rotating schedule, day, evening, and weekend. Predominantly long shifts.Start Date: Immediately or by agreementCollective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
