About the Job

We are looking for a new manager for our operations in Fjärdhundra, Alternatus HVB Villan AB.

The treatment home “Villan” has six places aimed at girls aged 13–18 with mental health issues and psychosocial problems or young people living in a conflict-ridden or otherwise unsatisfactory home situation. In special cases, emerging dependency issues.

Together, we work based on the youth's entire range of needs according to BBIC – from mapping and treatment to transition and aftercare. We actively strive to create a safe environment for development, change, and the path to an independent life for this target group.

As a manager with us, you will always work from our treatment home in Fjärdhundra. The operation is staffed around the clock with trained treatment pedagogues and sleeping on-call staff.

Responsibilities:

You will work to ensure that a positive and humane view of people permeates everything in the operation, that we have a safe and warm environment where our youth have the opportunity to develop. As a manager, you have operational responsibility, which means you are responsible for ensuring that the operation is conducted in accordance with our permit and that the daily practical work functions. You are also responsible for quality assurance, methods, method development, and planning for our youth. We document in the Signifikans journal system.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, is positive, forward-thinking, responsible, and solution-oriented. You need to be a structured, calm, and stable person with good empathy, patience, the ability to set boundaries, be consistent, attentive, and have the ability to make decisions. Good collaboration skills are required, as we work in a team.

Our operation is approved by IVO (The Health and Social Care Inspectorate), and we place great importance on conducting quality-assured treatment in accordance with IVO's regulations and guidelines.

Great emphasis is also placed on personal suitability. References are required, and a background check will be conducted before any employment.

Education:

We are looking for someone who is a social worker, behavioral scientist, or has equivalent education and at least five years of experience in treatment work.
