JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a contact person for an 18-year-old boy.

As a contact person, your role is to promote social contacts and support leisure activities under safe conditions. This may involve having a coffee, going for a walk, watching a movie, visiting an activity center, but also promoting independence by assisting with, for example, train/bus training. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on common interests and personal chemistry.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in helping others. You start from the individual's needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is essential that you are cooperative, creative, self-assured, and have great patience, as this creates security in your role as a contact person.
