JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a female companion for a 15-year-old girl. As a companion, your role is to accompany her to and from activities outside the home, such as going to the gym, watching movies, attending concerts, or having a coffee. As a companion, you enable social contacts and leisure activities under safe conditions.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in doing something for other people. You start from the individual’s needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is important that you are cooperative, inventive, self-assured, and have great patience, as this creates security in your role as a companion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Personal suitability is of utmost importance for you to fit the role. We wish for you to be attentive, empathetic, driven, and service-minded. You should be able to create contacts and maintain relationships. You have an empathetic ability and can put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation. You are driven, meticulous, and skilled at maintaining relationships.

We are looking for someone who enjoys socializing with others, is interested in how others feel, and has a stable and secure life situation. It is advantageous if you have some form of care and support experience or similar education. You are welcome to be over the average age.
