We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs. You will be a resource in the children's group, and experience with autism spectrum disorders and working with various communication aids is desirable.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a childcare worker
• Previous experience working in preschool is highly meritorious
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to organizational development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365

The preschool has space for a total of 125 children and is located in the picturesque Ultuna. You can easily reach it by city bus or bicycle. We conduct Skogsmulle for preschool with trained educators from Friluftsfrämjandet.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will benefit from our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment type: Special fixed-term employment

Scope: 20 hours per week

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Start date: immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
