About the position

The girl lives with her parents and siblings. You will assist her with all care needs, transfers, tube feeding, training, suctioning, and inhalations. The girl has extensive care needs and requires full supervision. Therefore, we are looking for an assistant who is meticulous, reliable, and attentive. As a personal assistant, you will help create a safe and pleasant everyday life for the girl under the circumstances that exist. The girl has extensive care needs and requires full supervision.

Who are you?

We prefer that you have experience working with various aids such as respiratory aids, suctioning, and changing/emptying a stoma bag, which is advantageous but not a requirement as long as you are a quick learner and accept good advice from the team leader or other assistants who know the girl well. You speak fluent Swedish, are flexible, and can travel within Sweden as well as abroad. As a person, you are adaptable, attentive, and stress-resistant, showing respect for the individual, the assistance group, and relatives. You have a positive attitude, are driven and forward-thinking while being calm and humble. Only female applicants are accepted according to the client's request. You must also be able to provide a police clearance certificate.

Working hours and employment rate:

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for both planned and unplanned absences. In the long term, there is the possibility of a permanent schedule.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement
