JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a contact person for a 19-year-old girl. As a contact person, your role is to promote social contacts and support leisure activities under safe conditions. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in doing something for other people. You start from the individual's needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is essential that you are cooperative, creative, self-assured, and have great patience, as this creates security in your role as a contact person.

QUALIFICATIONS

Personal suitability is of utmost importance. For you to fit the role, we believe you are attentive, empathetic, driven, and service-minded. You should be able to create contacts and maintain relationships. You have an empathetic ability and can put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation. We are looking for a person who enjoys socializing with others, is interested in how others feel, and has a stable and secure life situation. It is an advantage if you have some form of care and support experience or similar education. An interest in animals and history is also welcome.
