We are now looking for an assistant for our wonderful 25-year-old guy with a burning interest in computers. The position only covers Mondays and Wednesdays, and the approximate hours are between 08:00-14:00.

This position looks a bit different from the role of a personal assistant, as our customer primarily needs psychological support, and your role will involve being both a coach and support in our customer's daily life.

You will function as psychological, practical, and motivational support. Our customer has an acquired brain injury that has led to psychological disabilities, which can sometimes manifest in outwardly aggressive behavior. It is a requirement that you have experience and understanding of acquired brain injuries and psychological disabilities.

You should be a person who is secure in yourself and can see beyond our customer's disabilities; you need to have great patience and a mature perspective. Therefore, we prefer that you are at least 25 years old. At the customer's request, we are only looking for male employees.

Your workplace will primarily be in their home environment, but it may happen that you also work with the customer outside the home. Therefore, it is a great advantage if you have a driver's license, although it is not a requirement.

Requirements:

• At least 25 years old
• Experience with acquired brain injuries and outwardly aggressive behavior
• At least two references that are not older than 18 months
