Personal Assistant Wanted!

Hello!

I am a 23-year-old with ADHD and Asperger's who is currently looking for a new personal assistant.

I have an unusual metabolic disease that requires active supervision from you as an assistant to monitor and address blood sugar drops. The disease requires strict routines regarding diet, which you will help me with by, for example, preparing tube feeding and checking the equipment. Furthermore, I am also sensitive to infections, which makes careful hygiene routines important.

During the day, I am mostly at home where I engage in various activities, carve, play a bit of football, and chase my cat Tuzze. One of my favorite pastimes is listening to various true crime podcasts, so it's a big plus if you enjoy that too! In the afternoons, evenings, and weekends, I am often at the training hall, where I both train gymnastics and lead children's groups. Gymnastics is a lifestyle! Spending a day at Skansen watching my favorite animals is also fun.

I live with my family in Järfälla. You will be employed by Vivida Assistans, which is my assistance company, but you will perform the job at my home.

I want you to be a competent swimmer and have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. Since I am sensitive to infections, it is important that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 and are comfortable wearing a face mask during your shifts. In this workplace, we also set aside personal mobile phones during working hours.

Working Hours and Employment Levels

I am looking for someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule, either primarily in the afternoons and evenings or a larger fixed schedule where you will only work awake nights.

When Can You Start Working for Me?

I need a new assistant as soon as possible, so it would be great if you can start then. Otherwise, we can agree on another date if it feels like we match well!

Your Salary

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and any additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
