We have 24 care and nursing homes located throughout the municipality focusing on dementia, care, and psychiatry. We are looking for substitutes for all our homes. We offer you a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference!
As of July 1, 2023, the title of assistant nurse is a protected professional title. To use the title assistant nurse, you need to provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate that you were permanently employed as an assistant nurse on July 1, 2023. If you have assistant nurse training but lack proof or a certificate, you may temporarily hold the title of care assistant.

Your Mission
As an assistant nurse, you will work with a variety of tasks. You play an important role in direct contact with our users, providing personal care and service efforts that make a difference in their daily lives. You work every day to provide good care with great consideration for the users' individual needs.
You will also perform tasks delegated by licensed personnel and document according to the Social Services Act. Our ambition is that you, together with us, develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.
Your Background
We are looking for someone who is a trained assistant nurse and has proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare. We prefer that you have experience working with the elderly in residential care or similar settings and performing health and medical care tasks delegated by HSL personnel. The job requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You also need to have documentation and computer skills.
As a person, you are empathetic and can quickly understand someone else's perspective or situation. You are a flexible person who has the ability to see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you take responsibility and drive your work forward to achieve results. The job suits you if you collaborate and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner. Last but not least, you are a service-oriented person who is calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions.
