In the role of care assistant with us at Forenede Care, you work to provide good care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Liljeforstorg 4 is a special accommodation with a focus on care, dementia, and social psychiatry and has 70 places. The accommodation is located in Gränby, close to large green areas, the center, and the shopping area Gränbystaden. You can easily get here by bike, and the bus stops right outside.

In the position of care assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, by assisting with personal hygiene, preparing and serving meals, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on excursions, taking bike rides, or finding fun activities to do together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for new colleagues for part-time permanent positions, with a probationary period, in the care department, with a workload of 70-75% and a desired start in the spring of 2025.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a care assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
