Your Role

We are now looking for someone to work with Maintenance Planning in the flight maintenance unit of the flight test department.

Your main tasks will include monitoring and ordering preventive maintenance and airworthiness directives to the hangar, as well as ordering modifications of the aircraft. You will also create action lists for upcoming maintenance, check and register completed maintenance actions, log flights, archive aircraft documentation, and keep maintenance systems updated.

Reporting will primarily be to the hangar, planning function, your immediate supervisor, and the technical manager according to military aviation regulations (SE-EMAR). Travel is included in the job, mainly within Sweden.

Your Profile

The job requires you to be organized and meticulous, which is why we believe you are a person who works methodically and truly cares about quality. In addition, we value analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving. We believe you are a strategic thinker who can identify challenges and work purposefully to find creative solutions.

Since we work in teams, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, sharing ideas, and communicating openly. However, the job also requires that you can focus and work independently when needed.

We believe that you are currently or have previously been active in an aviation maintenance organization and therefore have knowledge of some tracking system for aircraft maintenance. Experience with maintenance plans is advantageous. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have knowledge of technical English.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has security clearance requirements, there may be a requirement for specific citizenship.
