In the role of Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating sub-projects related to technical information for advanced industrial products. The assignment entails overall responsibility for delivery, time, and budget, as well as close collaboration with both internal functions, external parties, and customer organizations. You will be a central player in ensuring that the technical information meets agreed requirements, specifications, and quality levels.

The role combines operational project management with coordination, communication, and continuous development of working methods and processes within technical information.

As a project coordinator, you will lead between five and fifteen parallel sub-projects in various phases, from planning to delivery. You will be responsible for delivery, budget, and coordination, and ensure that the technical information products meet contracts, requirements, and technical specifications. The work involves coordinating activities between internal functions, external companies, and customers, as well as driving improvement and development initiatives within the department.

You will be part of a larger team of approximately 45 employees who work to create, manage, and deliver technical information for complex industrial products. The team is characterized by collaboration, commitment, and a continuous focus on improving products and processes for increased customer benefit. Requirements:

• Higher education or other relevant educational background

• Experience in project work or project management (project management experience is an advantage)

• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with many stakeholders

• Good system understanding and ability to work in various applications

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in technical documentation or technical information

• Experience from industrial, technical, or production-related activities

• Previous work in delivery-driven project environments
