Here you will have full responsibility for exciting R&D projects, from idea to finished product, and become a key player in creating solutions that reduce emissions and shape the energy systems of the future.

As an R&D Project Manager, you will become a central part of the development of the future energy supply. Your daily work is characterized by project meetings with various teams where you follow up on status, coordinate deliverables, and ensure that projects reach their milestones. You lead cross-functional teams consisting of area experts and designers from several disciplines, where everyone contributes to creating the best technical solutions. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility from project start to delivery and follow-up. This means you drive planning, quality, costs, and resource management while following the company's R&D process for product development.

The projects vary in size and can consist of 3–10 people, often in collaboration with international partners with different backgrounds, cultures, and working methods. This makes the role global, multifaceted, and developmental.

• Has a technical post-secondary education, likely in mechanical engineering or a corresponding field, or several years of experience in technical work
• Has previous several years of experience working as a project manager or in another technical leadership role, preferably within R&D
• We see it as a great advantage if you have previous experience working with control systems, preferably PCS7 or SPPA-T3000
• Can communicate fluently in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• If you have previous experience working with gas turbines, such as commissioning or design, this is considered an asset

Additionally, you must be meticulous and skilled at structuring and planning your work. You will work in an international environment with customers around the world, which means you need to be skilled at communicating with many different types of people and handling contact in a professional manner.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially, you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from the Client and our side is that after 6-12 months, you will become directly employed by the client.
