Planning Coordinator for SAAB in Linköping

In this role, you will work on development projects and contribute to the planning of activities related to the construction and industrialization of new articles and tools, primarily connected to Gripen. About the role

As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a central role in development projects where you are responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality planning data. You will work closely with various technical disciplines to gather information and updates for your schedules. The role involves a lot of collaboration and communication, making you an important link between different parts of the project.

Your tasks will include:

Creating and maintaining schedules for activities related to construction and industrialization.
Collecting and updating planning data from various technical disciplines.
Ensuring that planning information is accurate and up-to-date.
Supporting project management with status reports and follow-ups.
Contributing to a structured and efficient working method within the project.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has good communication skills. You enjoy working in a project environment and find it easy to build good relationships with various stakeholders. To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

Relevant post-secondary education
Experience in planning and coordinating technical projects.
Good understanding of project processes and industrial development.
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
