About the role

As a project manager at Elektromontage, you will be responsible for the entire project cycle and drive projects from “start to finish”. This means that you will lead and coordinate projects from planning and execution to closure and follow-up. You will work on exciting and technically complex projects for both the civilian and military sectors, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, with the right quality and profitability, with the goal of creating and developing truly satisfied and recurring customers.

In this role, you will be an important communication point both internally and towards external stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic environment with a fast pace and are driven by taking responsibility for the entirety of your projects. At the same time, you will be an important part of a high-performing, experienced, and technically very competent team of project managers at Elektromontage.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in leading and driving technical projects. You thrive, and preferably have experience, in working with projects from start to finish, and have a holistic perspective on project management that allows you to ensure and take responsibility for all parts of a project functioning effectively and smoothly. If you have experience in project management in a technology-intensive environment, we see this as an additional merit.

We believe it is an advantage if you carry experience and/or education in electrical engineering, and we place great importance on your ability to drive and take responsibility for your projects while being able to collaborate in a team and build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a communicative and solution-oriented person who is used to handling complex technical projects. You are fluent in both Swedish and English in both speech and writing. In this role, you may handle projects related to the defense sector, which requires Swedish citizenship and approval during security clearance.
