Your Responsibilities

As part of the quality organization at Saab, you will be a key person in ensuring quality and delivery capability – whether the focus is on the supplier base, internal processes, or out towards Saab's customers.

In the role of quality engineer, you will, among other things:

• Work with and develop the company's quality processes and routines

• Support production in quality-related issues

• Manage deviations, complaints, and perform root cause analyses

• Work with documentation and follow-up on quality goals

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in quality work within production/industry

• Good understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)

• Experience in structured improvement work

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious are:

• Quality education

• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar methods

• Experience with customer and supplier contacts regarding quality

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and communicative. You thrive in a production-oriented environment and find it easy to collaborate with different functions in the organization.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
