Your Role

The Energy Department at Finspångs Tekniska consists of a business manager, maintenance engineers, and operations technicians who together deliver district heating to the residents of Finspång. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have a free and varied job where you work to solve technical problems in Electrical and Automation, such as troubleshooting control systems, analyzing operational disturbances, and driving improvement projects in the field. You will have contact and collaborate with suppliers and follow up on completed work. The role of Maintenance Engineer is broad; you will be out in the facility working operationally with problem-solving and have administrative tasks such as documentation and handling incoming cases. You will work closely with an experienced colleague in Electrical and Automation, where knowledge transfer in current and previous projects will be important.

About You

We are looking for someone who has studied electrical engineering at the high school level; further education in electrical/automation/power is an advantage. You have at least 5 years of work experience as an electrician or other relevant experience. We view positively if you have worked with automation and control technology or in another process industry. Good computer skills, proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written, and a driver's license are required.
